Work continued in June with a positive article from The Mail on Sunday recognising Foresight Solar’s resilience and the strength of our income and growth strategy. The piece highlighted FSFL’s reliable income, operational strength, active management and strategic focus.

The board made recommendations to shareholders in its Notice of Annual General Meeting and, in a campaign to clarify questions and concerns, emphasised the importance of voting.

The campaign resulted in strong turnout from shareholders and passing of all the AGM’s resolutions. A significant majority voted in favour of the fund’s continuation, reflecting support for our income and growth strategy, which was celebrated by our chair, Alex Ohlsson.

Closing out the month, Investors Chronicle described the work Foresight Solar has done to address capital allocation needs and battle the share price discount to NAV.
