FSFL LinkedIn Round Up: August 2026
Welcome to Foresight Solar’s latest monthly round‑up, where we share recent news, key milestones and insights from across the business. Each update highlights developments shaping our strategy, our markets and the transition to a cleaner energy system.
This month, we published our Q2 2026 net asset value (NAV) update. At 30 June, NAV was £517.9 million, equivalent to 94.9p per share. Higher discount rates and lower power price forecasts weighed on NAV during the quarter, partly offset by higher inflation assumptions, while an independent review concluded that the valuation of the UK operational solar portfolio remained within a reasonable range of fair values. Global electricity production was 3.6% below forecast, with above-budget UK generation offset by curtailment in Spain and lower-than-expected irradiation in Australia.
